Privacy policy
Last updated 26 September 2026. Totum works without accounts. We collect as little information as possible; this policy explains what, why, and your choices.
1No accounts, no keys
You do not create an account to use Totum. We never ask for, receive or store your private keys, seed phrase, passwords, name, email or identity documents.
2What we process
Wallet data: when you connect a wallet, your public address and network are used in your browser to show balances, request quotes and prepare transactions. Public addresses and transactions are publicly visible on the blockchain by nature.
Usage data: privacy-friendly analytics help us understand how the site is used and how fast it loads — pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate country, and anonymous events such as a swap being started, completed or failing (tokens, networks, approximate amount and error reason). These analytics do not use cookies to track you across sites.
Technical data: our hosting provider processes IP addresses and request information to deliver the site, keep it secure and apply regional access restrictions.
Local storage: some preferences and items you create, such as saved addresses, are stored only in your own browser and never sent to us.
3Third parties
To provide quotes, prices, logos and transaction routing, your browser communicates directly with third-party services such as routing aggregators, data providers, RPC nodes and wallet-connection services, which receive your public address, requested amounts and technical data under their own privacy policies.
We do not sell or rent personal data and do not use it for advertising.
4Why we use it
To operate and secure the service, apply access restrictions, fix errors, measure performance and improve the product. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect users and the service.
5Retention
Analytics and technical logs are kept only as long as needed for these purposes, then deleted or aggregated. Blockchain data cannot be altered or deleted by anyone, including us.
6Your choices
You can use Totum without connecting a wallet, disconnect at any time, clear your browser storage, and use browser settings to limit analytics. You may contact us about information we hold that relates to you.
7Security and minors
We take reasonable measures to protect the service, but no system is completely secure. Totum is not intended for anyone under 18.
8Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
