1What Totum is

Totum is a non-custodial software interface. It displays publicly available information about tokenized assets and helps you prepare transactions that you sign and submit yourself, from your own wallet, to third-party smart contracts, protocols, bridges and liquidity providers.

Totum is not a broker, dealer, exchange, custodian, bank, investment adviser or fiduciary. We do not hold, control or have access to your funds or private keys, we do not execute trades on your behalf, and we cannot reverse, cancel or refund any transaction.

2Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into these terms.

You may not use Totum if you are a resident or citizen of, or located in, the United States of America or any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, or if you are listed on any sanctions list or act on behalf of such a person. Tokenized securities and other assets are restricted in many places; it is your responsibility to ensure that using Totum and holding any asset is lawful where you are.

We may restrict access from certain regions at any time. Circumventing such restrictions, for example with a VPN, is a breach of these terms.

3Your wallet and your transactions

You are solely responsible for your wallet, private keys, seed phrase and devices, and for every transaction you sign. Review every transaction in your wallet before confirming it.

Quotes, routes, prices, fees, balances and estimated times come from third parties, can change between quote and execution, and are not guaranteed.

Blockchain transactions are public, final and irreversible. Network fees are paid to the network, not to Totum, and are not refundable even if a transaction fails.

4Tokenized assets and third parties

Tokenized stocks, funds, commodities, treasuries and credit products listed on Totum are created, backed and administered by independent third-party issuers. Totum does not issue, endorse or guarantee any of them. Each issuer sets its own terms, eligibility rules, redemption rights, custody arrangements and fees.

A token may not confer the rights of owning the underlying asset (such as voting or direct dividend rights), may trade at a price different from the underlying, and may be paused, frozen, redeemed or become worthless because of the issuer's or a third party's actions.

Totum relies on third-party services including routing aggregators, bridges, decentralized exchanges, data providers and RPC nodes. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security or conduct.

5Fees

Totum may charge an interface fee on swaps and bridges, shown in the quote before you sign. Third parties may charge their own fees, which are also shown when available.

6No advice

Nothing on Totum is financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell or hold any asset. Figures, charts, returns and descriptions are for information only, may be delayed, estimated or inaccurate, and past performance does not indicate future results.

7Risks

Using digital assets involves significant risk, including total loss. By using Totum you confirm that you have read and accepted the Risk disclosure published on this site.

8Prohibited use

You may not use Totum to violate any law; to launder money, finance terrorism or evade sanctions; to manipulate markets; to infringe the rights of others; to attack, overload, scrape at scale or reverse-engineer the service; or to misrepresent your identity or location.

9Features in preview

Some products are marked as coming soon. Figures on those pages are illustrative and no transaction can be made through them until they launch.

10Intellectual property

The Totum name, logo, design and content are our property or used under licence. Token names, tickers and logos belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification only; their display does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

11Disclaimer of warranties

Totum is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability and non-infringement.

12Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Totum and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of funds, profits, data or opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the service, third-party protocols or any asset. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the fees you paid to Totum in the three months before the claim.

13Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Totum and its contributors from any claim, loss or expense arising from your use of the service, your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14Changes and termination

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of Totum and update these terms at any time. Continuing to use Totum after a change means you accept the updated terms. We may restrict your access if we believe you have breached them.

15General

If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver. These terms are the entire agreement between you and Totum regarding the service.
